Beth

Beth began her career in the corporate sales arena, then shifted her focus to encompass her love of children. She worked as a professional childcare provider with experience executing curriculum for infants in a daycare setting and in parent/care classes. Health and fitness have always been a personal passion for Beth, and the birth of her son inspired her to combine her enthusiasm for physical activity with her love of motherhood. She knows she could really make a positive difference in people’s lives. Beth is committed to providing all clients with an opportunity to achieve their own personal fitness goals in a supportive and fun environment. Beth holds a NESTA certified Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, SCW Moms in Motion Specialty Certificate, Sports Nutrition Specialty Certificate and a Nats E-fit Master Trainer.
