During the first couple months of pregnancy, your body starts to go through many different changes. These changes can cause you to become dizzy and uneasy from the lack of blood circulation throughout your body.

Developing a quality prenatal fitness program will help your body to heighten its circulation and lessen dizziness symptoms. Research has demonstrated that women who exercise throughout their pregnancy often feel more physically prepared for birth and tend to experience a much easier labor period.

Once your new baby has arrived, it is very important to continue your exercise program. After having a baby, your body is still going through numerous changes and new mothers tend to feel increased fatigue. The post natal fitness program will help you increase your metabolism so that you can reach your pre-pregnancy weight even quicker.

My goal is to help you improve abdominal strength, increase your core strength, and heighten your energy while improving your posture and helping you become fit.
